    Click & Collect Pickup Terms

    1. General

    Customers can pick up online orders via Click & Collect. Pickup is only possible after the order has been fully placed, paid, and confirmed online.

    2. Pickup by appointment only

    Pickup is only allowed in a pre-booked time slot. Without a confirmed appointment, pickup is not possible.

    3. Pickup location

    Pickup takes place at our warehouse in Kerkrade, Netherlands. The warehouse is not a store and is not freely accessible to the public. Customers may only enter the designated pickup area and must first report to the dispatch area before collecting their order.

    4. Identification and pickup by third parties

    The customer or their authorized representative must, at pickup:

    • present the order confirmation (digital or printed);

    • be able to identify themselves on request.

    If a third party collects the order, they must also present the order confirmation and identify themselves. Identification is used only to verify pickup and is not stored.

    5. Payment

    All orders must be fully paid online. Payment on site is not possible.

    6. Inspection, handover, and risk

    The order is considered delivered when the products are handed over to the customer or their authorized representative and visually checked. From that moment, the risk passes to the customer.

    7. Loading goods

    Staff can assist with loading heavy or bulky items. Final responsibility for correct loading, transport, and securing of goods lies with the customer. The customer is responsible for checking that the vehicle is suitable for transporting the goods.

    8. Safety and rules

    Customers must strictly follow staff instructions and remain only in the designated pickup area. We reserve the right to refuse handover if the safety of staff or third parties is at risk.

    9. Non-pickup or late arrival

    Failure to pick up within the agreed time slot may result in rescheduling. Any extra costs or delays are the customer’s responsibility. Orders are held for a maximum of 7 days unless stated otherwise. After that, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge storage fees.

    10. Damage and complaints

    Visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately upon pickup. Subsequent complaints are only processed in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

    11. Right of withdrawal

    The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the EU, as detailed in our general terms and conditions, except for specific cases such as customized or perishable products.
